PUPPY GUARANTEE
The
puppy is known to be in good health at time of sale. The customer has a Health Guarantee of Five (5) days
In
which to have this puppy checked with a (FULL) health examination by a licensed
veterinarian and is urged to do so.
Seller
shall not pay for any veterinarian bills incurred after the time of sale. If puppy becomes ill within this timeframe,
it
Must
be returned to seller immediately.
During
the examination, if the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the
puppy,
Puppy
will be exchanged for a similar dog of the customer's choice when available. A
letter from the examining
Veterinarian
must be provided as evidence of the puppies' illness and the puppy is returned
within the guarantee period.
The
puppy is guaranteed for Two (2) Years from the date of purchase against any
congenital or hereditary defects which leads
to euthanasia. A written statement from two (2) veterinarians must support any
actions taken or required. A
replacement puppy
will be provided at the time of
availability. This guarantee is
provided to the original purchaser only.
Puppy
is guaranteed against hip dysplasia for
2 1/2yrs.. If dog is thought to have dysplasia, Dog must be OFA evaluated ,
certified(at 2yrs.
of
age) ,or if under 2yrs. OFA prelim ,and if rated as severe, Owner has the
option of Half of the purchase
price refunded or another puppy
provided when available. The purchased puppy must be spayed or neutered before
any refund or replacement is given.
Shipping
costs are the responsibility of buyer, NO exceptions. If said dog has produced
a litter of puppies contract is void.
SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED AFTER THE PUPPY LEAVES THE SELLER`S PREMISES
IT
IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT NO WARRANT OR REPRESENTATION HAS BEEN
MADE
WITH
RESPECT TO SOLD PUPPY, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
